I have been waiting almost a week for a reply to my support email. To make sure I wasn't in the spam folder, I made sure to resend my AOL email twice AND send a duplicate email from a different address from my domain.
It's been nearly a week, and still nothing. This is inexcusable, as the problem is my 13 mixamo credits were taken away from me and replaced with 1 propack, which doesn't make any sense, 1 week before my subscription was set to renew.
I want my 13 credits back!!! I want a response to my support email!! It has almost been a full week since I sent the first email.

I have never received such amazing service. I do not know why I end up in the spam folder on multiple emails so often! So strange :)
I love Mixamo! Once they are aware of any problems, they are so quick and amazing to respond.
I literally received a reply AND a solution, no lie, within MINUTES of posting this problem. Any other company would take at least a few hours, lol.

Literally the minute I posted this, I instantly got an email response and the problem fixed! :)
I have been extremely happy with the community forums. Always an amazing response, and the fastest I've ever seen in any company (forum).
This is the second time I've received an instant-fix the moment I posted here. Coincidence in timing? Maybe, but I believe in mixamo as a great company. -
