Where is crowd wig mesh?

I downloaded a pro character with crowd poly selected (but it forced me to receive a low mesh which I didn't want). So I'm left with deleting the low components I don't want. And so the wig that is left is just the low wig mesh which is far too vertex heavy -- where is the crowd wig? I really need to dial down the vertex count on these characters but 5000 (with low wig) is ridiculously high for a mobile platform. Where are the Mixamo employees? They NEVER respond to my emails or posts. Sad... They claim to make this process easy but they don't have a clue.

    Hi Teddis,

    Sorry to see your having some problems. Unfortunately I've received no other notifications from you via e-mail or support regarding this problem.

    The way autodesk ships the generated character is all in one file. The provided meshes are named appropriately.

    Anything prefixed with a lowercase "L" is the low poly mesh.

    Anything prefixed with a lowercase "C" is a crowd resolution mesh.

    Unfortunately I don't think any of the pro meshes include a c_wig.
