Thanks for your questions & interest in Mixamo! You can create custom characters on Mixamo that are fully rigged and ready to go in your own 3D projects. More info can be found here: www.mixamo.com/c/create-custom-characters.
These characters can be used in any 3D software package that supports FBX, collada, or BVH formats.
You can easily add any character + animations from Mixamo into the Unity 3D engine. More information about this can be found on our Unity page, here: www.mixamo.com/c/unity.
