Hey there - I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble! I took a look at your uploaded/created characters and they seem to be functioning properly on our end.

Are you using Chrome by any chance? I'd suggest as a first step trying to clear your cache/cookies and restarting your browser. If that doesn't work please post (or email me: allison at mixamo dot com) whether you are having trouble loading one or all of your characters.

Im using Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP. My editor never gets passed the "Mixamo Loading" globe. So i'm thinking i am having the exact same issue. So far email to Support@mixamo.com has gone unanswered.

Both Chrome and the Explorer do not work: only the loading logo.

Can you confirm that you see the spinning ball for all motions/characters (not just a specific combination of motion/character) ?
