How to T-Pose the Standard Rig without doing it manually...
I was unable to automatically set the Standard Rig into T-Pose. I was hoping that the bones would have had their transforms frozen to easily set it into a T-Pose but I have had no such luck. Is there anything I'm missing or will I have to manually pose the first frame as a T-Pose? I am using 3ds Max and MotionBuilder if that helps.

Hi cfoy,
All of our generated and downloadable rigs have their bind poses set to t-pose and when zeroed out return to it. Let me walk you thought the steps in motion builder.
1. Import any fbx with the character in it you wish to t-pose into Motion Builder.
2. Turn on X-Ray mode from the Display tab.
3. Drag a selection box over all the joints to select them all.
4. Right click on one of the joints and from the context menu select Zero > Rotation.
This will set the character into perfect t-pose. If needed you can also zero out the X and Z transforms for a perfectly centered t-pose.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanks for using Mixamo!

Thanks Oliver, that works great. I had been trying to reset the transforms in Max before bringing it into MotionBuilder but being able to do it in MotionBuilder sounds like a better idea to me.
Thanks again for all your help. -
