Thanks for reaching out to us and your interest in Mixamo! Right now you cannot remove / clear items from your download tray, unfortunately.
We are looking at other ways to speed up navigating this list, and I just added a ticket into our system to give users the ability to hide items from their download tray list. Stay tuned!
