Hi Merries,

I see that you have purchased the motion on a Custom character. In this case you can go back to Mixamo.com, visit "My Stuff", find a clip in "Purchased Clips" pane, and click on it. At that point you will be able to choose download options, where you will have to select "Download w/ Skin".
