Downloading Mixamo Characters

How do you download the character you created here, I got her fbx but not the character herself?

Hi Merries,

I see that you have purchased the motion on a Custom character. In this case you can go back to Mixamo.com, visit "My Stuff", find a clip in "Purchased Clips" pane, and click on it. At that point you will be able to choose download options, where you will have to select "Download w/ Skin".

Let us know if that does not work!

If you've purchased the motion, you should be able to download the character with the mesh attached. If you are using one of our great free motions, at this point, you can only download the fbx file.

  Sorry to hear it didn't work for you. I just simulated your account, and was able to download motion and character from it, after I selected "Include Skin" from "Download w/ Skin" drop down. Both motion and character come in one FBX file.
  
  I would like you to try to re-download it again, while explicitly selecting that option. Remember, that re-downloads of previously purchased motions from Mixamo are always free.
  
  Meanwhile I am going to send you the copies of the files that you purchased by email.
  
  Rest assured that we are committed to make it work for you!
