Confusing Service
I'm an indie game developer and would very much like to spend $$$ on your models and animations, but I'm getting no support from Mixamo. 1st, from Unity, your animation "store" is not connecting reliably for starters, making it impossible to preview animations. 2nd, I purchased several animations a few months back before I really got into the character development for my game and discovered they are in-place animations but was not offered a way to disable them then. The update store has added this option. Can I get a refund on these or how can I fix them to be non-in-place animations? I'm trying to efficiently manage expenditure, but your site seems to be geared to maximize profit by creating a lot of confusion on options and mistakes customers can make using your service. It's sad because your site seems great until you dig under the hood where support and documentation is terribly poor. I would love to speak with someone on the phone at Mixamo to get me on the right track quickly, but you don't post a phone number. I also never received support email feedback months ago and worried I won't now while trying to gear up character development. Thanks.

Regarding the connectivity of the Unity plugin, this is something we can follow up with the Unity folks - can you describe the issues you're seeing or perhaps attach a screenshot here?
