Sorry to hear that you are having issues with Mixamo. In order for us to help, we need some additional information from you:

1. We've put together a simple page to test for networking issues. Visit
http://www.mixamo.com/viewertesting/u.... The page
will start testing a few things...when it is done, the button at the top
of the page will change to say "Submit to Mixamo". Click on that, and
we'll receive an email with some basic information about your networking
configuration.

2. Could you please send us content of the log files that our viewer
writes on your machine? On Windows XP it is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Local Settings\Temp\UnityWebPlayer\log

k, thanks I did the test and here is the latest log file from trying to preview on of your animations. Or should I send it somewhere else?
The Unity web player has been working perfectly when I have used it before in other cicumstances.

We have deployed an update to www.mixamo.com earlier today that *may* have fixed your problem. Could you please try using Mixamo and see if the issue is resolved now?

If you still can not get past the spinning ball, I will have to ask you to send us the log files again. The new release writes more information into the log file that will help us to troubleshoot the issue further. Please do not close the browser when copying from log file. It is important to look at the log file while the Mixamo viewer is running and showing the spinning ball.

The log file is located in C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Local Settings\Temp\UnityWebPlayer\log, and you can send it to matt (at) mixamo.com, if it is more convenient then posting to the forum.
