I have already upload, auto-rigged, added animation, purchased and downloaded a custom character through Mixamo but when I open the FBX in Cinema 4D the fingers, toes and head are completely offseted making it unuseful. In the FAQ section you explain that I should download the character in "Original Pose" but there is no such option in the download section for my custom animation/character. I can only download the "Original Pose" from the T-Pose I uploaded but the is no point of using that, right?
Now can anybody give me a detailed solution for this problem, my client will not wait any longer.
Thanks

Dear Sazarret,
Unfortunately you are hitting one of the bugs of the Cinema4D FBX importer.
We do not have a solution for this other than making sure that you are using the latest FBX importer. You could try downloading the "Original Pose" from the t-pose you uploaded and get an auto-rigged character in Cinema4D, and then use thsi workflow to add the animations: http://www.mixamo.com/c/help/workflow...
Hope this helps. Thanks.
